Working with Dr. Thomas, all the vet techs, and the entire office staff since the practice opened, we have found everyone to be wonderful, caring, and compassionate when it came to helping our multiple cats and dogs, whether it was for standard checkups, emergency situations, or end of life care. A few years ago my son's kitten developed an eye infection. he called our regular vet who told him they had an opening the following week; obviously it couldn't wait. He called 7 vets that day & all said they couldn't take him. on his 7th call he reached VHCG who told him to bring Zuki right then. the kitten received excellent care...he could have lost his eye. that was it, we all switched over from our old vet to Dr. Thomas. one thing I really love is that we always see Dr. Thomas who knows all 4 of them very well. Highly recommend.
