3-4 different techs have been out to my house over the years and none of them materialized (covid, unanswered emails, low staffing, incomplete assessments, little support on the rebate process, needed to hire my own electrician, etc). ). The process with Kristie and Joel was smooth and simple from beginning to end. On time, clear explanations, good advise to do the whole house option rather than 2 units, great communication. Kristie managed the entire rebate process which was the most intimidating aspect of it for me. I can't recommend enough. My water is hot, my basement is heated and my rebate check just arrived. Thank you so much!
AMAZING SERVICE!!! Called this afternoon for a leaking water heater that ruined our kitchen while we were on vacation. Joel came out personally, ASAP, to disconnect it so our insurance company could continue work in removing our cabinetry the following morning. Cannot day enough great things about Tognarelli! Did great work for us on several projects. Both big (new ac) and small (new toilets), we were treated well, efficiently, and honestly. Our new air conditioner has performed perfectly. The toilets are above efficiency state standards.
Follow up six+ months later has been just as professional.
