Shaina is a gifted and skilled practitioner. She has made a huge difference with my health and injuries. She offers a huge range of support options, from deep massage, to structural alignment input, injury treatments, to cranio-sacral work (more subtle). I would recommend her to anyone who wants an experienced bodyworker who has that magic sensitivity/touch/intuition.

Shaina is a gifted body worker who has both the capacity for intuitively sensing the energy of the body and working with it (which is akin to dance) and a thorough knowledge of physiology, musculature, and the nervous system. Because of this rare combination of knowledge and intuition, I have felt in good hands both literally and metaphorically over the several years that I have been seeing her. She is also an extraordinary listener.
