We had Denys as our second technician. He worked very efficiently for a temporary fix and I think gave an accurate assessment of our problem. He was honest about the cost of the repair, and was able to get things in place really quickly. We had a clay drainage pipe that needed to be replaced both inside the house and outside, requiring excavation under our front porch and driveway.
The work was contracted to an excavation company, who had a skilled plumber. He put in new pvc pipes that smoothed out 3 90 degree turns in our system inside the house. Not only did I get a clear diagnosis and resolution of the problem with the help of tech Denys, but he educated me about how to maintain the best septic health and lines and avoid the same problem with frozen pipes in the future.
