Jeromy is great! We brought a pair of laptops with broken screens among other issues and he was able to get them all fixed up and running without breaking the bank. Would definitely recommend.
Great service. Really responsive, fixed the problem (and a couple other related issues) at a reasonable price without a lot of back and forth or keeping the computer in the shop any longer than it needed to be. No surprise charges or diagnostic fees.
My laptop got stuck in the Windows 11 automatic repair loop. There were additional complicating factors. Jeromy was able to fix it super fast and at a very reasonable cost. Total lifesaver. Would return (although I hope I won't have a need again anytime soon!) and recommend him in a heartbeat.
