My laptop had picked up a virus so I did a search on my phone for computer repair near me and one of the shops that came up was Laptop & Computer Repair, Inc. I called and talked to Jeromy who asked me a couple questions and said to bring it in. I dropped it off Saturday morning and got a call from him a little while later letting me know it was done. The virus had come from one of the widgets that pop up when you go to the lower left corner of your screen. He explained how they get in and what not to do if you get one. Got great help from Jeremy with getting all the pictures and videos off my dad's password locked computer after he passed away. He was able to do it on my timeline and get me everything quickly.
This is where you want to go to get your computer fixed. He quickly identified the problem, turnaround for getting my computer was 2 hours or less. It turned out my antivirus was slowing down my computer. He did not charge me for the service of making adjustments or time he spent explaining the issue. I would have easily been happy spending $20-$40 dollars or more for his help, but am happy to have gotten the help for free. Highly recommend!!!
