I highly recommend First Generation! When my heat pump died, I didn't know how to begin replacing it. I have an unusual home and the old heat pump was in a difficult spot. I found the same kind online but then had trouble finding an installer, since they typically only install ones they sell. 1st lesson learned. First Generation came through for me & guided me through the process. I wish I had simply purchased the new unit directly through them. First Generation HVAC and Plumbing did a stellar job installing a whole-home Mitsubishi heat pump system in our 3,000 square foot home. The project involved a 4-zone system - partially ducted and partially ductless - and included removing our old oil furnace and oil tank. Every step was handled with real care and attention to detail, and the final install looks fantastic and fits the space perfectly.
