Ive been a patient here in the past and the moment i havent been to the doctors in 2-3 years they charged me an unreasonable ammount of money just because i wanted to go to the doctor for insomnia. Place is a joke that just wants your money dont go here.

Superb little clinic; very busy, the providers might run a little late, but when it's my turn I get the time I need; the doctors, nurses, and medical assistants are top notch. I have complex medical problems, & they really focus on my problems and make sure I get the health care I need. They even figured out I had a rare disease (strongyloides causing my asthma) that nobody else had previously figured out; they treated it and my asthma went away. I recommend them to my friends.

Incredibly passionate group of providers. Chcfc is non-profit as well, which means my insurance helps pay for other people in my community to receive care. All patients are welcome just as they are, and are afforded the consent based model of care.

Casey May is the BEST doc/nurse practitioner I have ever seen. I was really impressed with the whole clinic and all staff we met with. The nurse Kate was great also.
