Based on the reviews, BJ's Optical offers comprehensive vision care with professional eye exams and a good selection of frames. The new technology makes getting an eye exam a breeze, with appointments that are on-time and thorough, getting patients in and out in 30 minutes. The staff, including the patient care coordinator, remote technician, and remote doctor, are described as very nice, professional, friendly, and helpful. Patients felt comfortable and received a good understanding of their eye status. The scratch-resistant coating from BJ’s is the best. Making an appointment online is easy. The experience is described as great, different in a good way, and completely thorough. It is the best place to get an eye exam.
Joseph was excellent. He was very personable. We chatted during the down time while waiting for the Dr. The office is a bit boring, they should be allowed to decorate or have personal items to spark conversation. A little picture of his 4 cats would be great in there.
Was here earlier today for a screening for reading classes, and Joe, who is the patient care coordinator, was very nice and professional. Sasha, the remote technician, and Dr Mathew, the remote doctor were both very nice and helpful. I felt comfortable throughout my visit, and I feel I have a good understanding on the status of my eyes after the care that was provided to me today. So, thank you BJ's optical of Greenfield for your help!
This is the best place to get your eyes exam and it is completely thorough and they’re very professional. I recommend this to everyone! Very friendly professional people highly recommend.
