I can't find the appropriate words to describe how kind of of dental care I received. From the front office to the hygenest. I was told by my long term dentist that I would have to pull six teeth in the front. It was devastating news. Dr.A said he would be able to save five of them. What a relief. The best practice I've ever been to. Thank you so much.
Since Baystate bought the practice from Dr Mesloh, I haven't had to have any dental work done, other than my semi annual cleanings. The dental techs have done a good job and have been both gentle and thorough during my visits.
2/4/25 - I had a good 6 month visit and cleaning. I was pleasantly suprised by their new state of the art cleaning system. It made the whole process very smooth and minimized the need for any of the expected scraping that was a usual part of the traditional cleaning process. They always take good care of my teeth with a gentle touch.
Iam a new patient at this clinic and my experience has been awesome. From the receptionist to the hygienist tech and the dentist, these people are so cool. Ty for your service, you all rock! 😁
