This place deserves a 6 out of 5 stars.I'm not an MA resident, but my mom recently purchased a house near Great Barrington. I was staying the week, and wanted to surprise my mom by getting her Bernedoodle puppy (Bear) groomed. I was certainly lucky that they were able to fit us in on such short notice, but I could not believe my eyes when I picked Bear up. See for yourself - pictures attached. You won't regret trusting this place with your pet. If I lived full time in MA, I would be a regular client. Not to mention, the price was reasonable - maybe even a steal!!

Treated my blind dog very attentively and my dog was very calm and well groomed when I picked her up. There are probably less expensive groomers somewhere but I'm not sure they would give the attention and skill that this groomer gave. I'd recommend her. You must text to inquire about an appointment.

I am beyond ecstatic! Seamus is 10 years old and has never had a haircut. If course I was a nervous Mommy leaving him to be groomed. I cannot praise Wash & Wag enough. Robin understood my angst and worked with me to understand what I wanted; she did exactly what I couldn't express and I again have a puppy look to love! THANK YOU ROBIN!!! (Before and after photos)
