After decades of service from this practice I am disheartened to say how unprofessional they are.
Once a family business turned corporate has lost its personal Berkshire county touch. To rude, condescending, patriarchal treatment.
Consistently filing extensions, dodging questions and improperly practicing.
This firm has some of our business filings two years behind, and still refuses to answer calls and emails for services they were paid for.
Highly over priced for disgraceful service!
I never write reviews. This guy deserves 0 stars. He lead my sister and I along all summer saying we were on an extension… He dodges my calls, and will not hit us back. The extension period is about to be over.
He doesn’t deserve to be an account. I don’t get how this guy has made it this far in life, being this horrible at communicating.
