This past cold Sunday afternoon I had one of the most extraordinarily delicious sensual experiences of my life… an Abhyanga session with Laura Lin. Imagine 80 minutes of warm oil (matching your Ayurvedic dosha) drizzled onto dry winter skin and then spread by long gentle strokes along the long lines of your body. I lost track of time, and when Laura suggested I turn over, I couldn’t believe I still had more of this beautiful experience yet to come.
