Excellent. Informative, innovative, empathetic, patient, kind. I was an inexperienced dog person who adopted a mid-life rottweiler. Things could have gone awry in about a hundred ways, but with Bilmar's common-sense integrative approach, we ended up with a happy and healthy family pet. The operation is classy soup to nuts, and I have special appreciation for Dr. Newman, Dr. Caine, Nataly, Shelby and Isa.

Dr. Newman is amazing, I appreciate her thorough explanations and the quality of care Bilmar delivers. They are also very affordable compared to other vets in the area which is a plus. Puddles and I highly recommend!
