I had high hopes. Being out of state I looked for excellent reviews before I ordered flowers for a death in the family. I picked out a beautiful arrangement, with notes to advise me if they were not available. I received notification of delivery, expecting what I chose to be delivered. It’s been about 10 days since delivery. I found out last night that what was delivered was not close to what I ordered. Someone sent me a picture of the flowers that were received . While they were pretty, they were a huge disappointment to me. I fully understand that flowers may be seasonal. And maybe you might just not have them. But I also expect to be notified of such, especially since I asked when the order was placed. Maybe had I been local I would have been treated differently. Pictures of what was ordered vs what was delivered.

I wanted to thank you for the great service that Bella Flora provided to me recently, and for the gorgeous flower arrangements that you had delivered to the Loft at Zucchini’s on Saturday, August 4th for the “Ready to Pop!” brunch I was hosting for my son and his wife, who are expecting their first child. Ginny was so friendly and helpful when I placed my order, even showing me the many flower options that could be used for the brunch table that would compliment both the room and the party decorations. Cassidy then designed stunning floral arrangements that worked well with the room decor and table linens. Both my guests and the Zucchini’s staff commented on how beautiful the flowers were; I’ve shared some photos to show how nicely they complimented the table. I will certainly order from Bella Flora in the future!
