Technicians Ryan Donnoly and Nate Chartier were extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. Upon arrival, I immediately introduced them to my two golden retrievers and let the get to know each other. I knew it would be more difficult to keep the dogs away from the technicians than to let them get acquainted. Ryan and Nate went above and beyond to make sure they kept me apprised to every step of the install. I appreciate Chris Kennedy’s efforts to accommodate my schedule so that the installation didn’t impact my wife’s surgery appointment in Boston. With all that was going on, the process went so smoothly. The electricians came in and got everything wired in less than two days. Including a new electric panel. The installers put down cloth's to walk on throughout the rooms they needed to work in. Everyone was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. AMAZING JOB!!!!
