10 out of 10. My experience was tremendous. The staff was kind and transparent.
I brought my dog to the ER to see the neurology specialist. Yes, I had to wait and it was very expensive, as anything medical - human or animal - tends to be. But they were transparent from the get-go. Each and every staff member was pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions.
I would highly recommend this hospital and I would take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt.
Yesterday I was told to go to the Foster Hospital for Small Animals as my guinea pig was not seeming like herself. I gave them a call before I went to the ER with her and when I got there, they took her right in. The team kept me very updated and although my sweet girl did not make it, they gave me every potential option and Dr Walter was so helpful. He wanted me to be informed and I was so grateful for every option. He let me have time with her. Everyone was very helpful and nice. If I ever get a pet in the future, I'd make sure to come here or recommend anyone else to go there if they needed to.
