I had not been back to Treetop since the pandemic. It was great to be back in the studio. Treetop is such a nice friendly community offering a good, safe and thorough yoga practice.

The teacher showed maturity and dignity. The music enhanced a sacred vibe. The right music in a class matters.I do not like it when rock music and ‘oldies’ are played. Low vibe.

I had problems with my hip and couldn't even sit cross-legged when I arrived--but after the beginner yoga class (great) and the restorative class (also excellent) I was able to sit cross-legged comfortably!
