“Our usual vet (another in Gardner) was too busy yesterday when our pup started showing signs of an ear infection. Tender Heart was able to get him in and out quickly, and only $130-ish dollars later we now have meds on the way from a compounding pharmacy that the office is going to help us put in his ears.

My dog is large and very iffy at the vet, so he usually gets muzzled in these situations which I’ve never had an issue with - but Dr. Wood was so kind and made sure to give him extra love before handling him, and they ended up not needing to muzzle him which made me SO happy. We’re thinking it might be time to switch to using Tender Heart as our regular vet now :)”
