I went to get my computer repaired for the first time (darn you, creepy websites!), and Jeromy was amazing! Both kind and helpful, you could tell he exuded knowledge. Service was fast, I wasn't charged an arm and a leg, and I now can browse without those blasted pop-ups. Since this service, I've been back multiple times for repair (you can't teach an old dog new tricks LOL). Highly recommend!!

I like this place. They've been there for more than 10yrs. Helped with our PCs & laptops quite a few times. Luckily it's always been quick & easy fixes. No issues with pricing, seems fair. Has even helped me over the phone a couple times over the years, no charge. Really appreciate the service.

I have been pleased with the help I received from Jeremy at Laptop & Computer Repair. He is more than helpful, explaining the solution to the problem in a n easy to understand way. He recently removed the data from an old hard drive with charging! He is reliable and a pleasure to deal with. We are fortunate to have this business in northern Worcester county.
