He was very efficient with what I went in for. Speedy service and very professional. I highly recommend him if you need some repair work done. I build computers myself and I will be going back to him for things I can't fix myself.
My windows 10 laptop locked up with a virus. Had to decide whether it could be cleared and updated to windows 11 without losing or compromising my data, versus trashing it and buying a new laptop (ugh). Jeremy gave me a fantastic price to clean the virus and do the upgrade. Such a relief and savings. He's been in business there for 20 years, has seen it all, and recognized the issue immediately. Got my laptop back in 2 hours. So grateful to you, Jeremy! Keep up the great work providing this service to the community!
Jeremy didn't even look at my PC! I called explained my situation. He understood my problem and gave me sound advice on how to proceed. I am a very competent PC user so calling a repair shop really isn't something Ive ever done. Jeremy was spot on his over the phone diagnostics that clearly comes from being a master in his field.
