Recently needed a filling & was apprehensive cause there was talk of a potential root canal & crown. Dr. Brock, who is a new dentist to me, was very patient & addressed all my concerns. The procedure went smoothly & only the filling was needed for now. I have been a patient at this office for many years. They have really great customer service & are super family friendly & really care.
Fantastic! Could not be happier with my experience at franklin family smiles! It was easy to get an appointment. The reception was welcoming. My hygienist & dentist were friendly and thorough! Such a refreshing difference from those dental conglomerates that try to upsell you on services you don’t actually need!!! I would Recommend them to everyone!
I have been a patient of Frankin Family Smiles for many years. They are always so wonderful. This week I was suffering severe pain from an inflamed tooth and went to see Dr. Brock. She referred me to Endodontic Care in Franklin to see if they could take me for a root canal on the same day. She was so helpful as were Suzanne and Kim, the fabulous receptionists. Suzanne came over and told me that she was able to set up the appointment with Endodontic Care and gave them all of my health information.
