I have been a patient of Dr. Pffefer for years, and he is fantastic. He is professional, very friendly and gives his patients all the time they need, never rushes you and makes sure all your questions and concerns have been answered. His entire staff are always helpful and friendly and just provide patients with a great experience as soon as you arrive. I have recently had Cataract surgery and Dr.Pfeffer was so informative and guided through the process.

Doctor Erin Rice is fantastic! She’s patient, very thorough, explains everything clearly during the exam, and always takes the time to answer all my questions. It really makes a difference.
My experience with the staff has also consistently been great. They’re always friendly, helpful, and flexible with every visit.
I have complicated eye issues. I’m followed by a Retina specialist in Natick and an Ophthalmologist in Framingham. The anti- reflective coating wore off my glasses and I didn’t want to travel to Framingham just to get a new eyeglass prescription. Dr. Pfeffer got me in within 2 days. I got a new prescription and ordered beautiful new frames. Dr. Pfeffer, the Optician and ALL the
staff were amazingly kind and gracious. My husband gets his glasses here as does our son who has complex physical disabilities.
We all appreciate the excellent care and service from this team. We highly recommend Dr. Pfeffer and Associates!
