Horizon was over to do my annual chimney inspection. Wayne and his helper (did not get his name) were both great! They arrived on time and provided communication telling me that they were on the way. They were both very respectful, courteous and kind. They took extra care to keep things clean in my home. I also appreciated the explanation of the needed repairs (with photos) so I could truly understand what was going on with my living room fireplace. I highly recommend them.
