This was my first experience with Grove Street Auto Repair. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming they were when I arrived. I also much appreciated their willingness to discuss the repairs my vehicle needed and the costs prior to beginning the maintenance/repairs. This next comment will sound corny to most folks but being retired and living now on a fixed income I have to choose wisely on how/where to use my resources. Moved to Franklin a year ago and was looking to find a new repair shop after having used Sullivan tire for about ten years. After using Grove Street a couple of times, I have found my new spot! They stand by their work and they treat their customers even better.
