I called G&C to help us with a hot water issue at a place I'm temporarily staying. It was an emergency to me seeings it was over the holiday season. As has always been my experience, they were timely and knew how to take care of the problem with the on demand hotwater system. Once again, thank you G&C.
I can’t say enough good things about G & C Plumbing and Heating. On Christmas Eve, during extremely cold weather, I discovered a leak at my outdoor faucet and was genuinely worried about frozen pipes. I wasn’t sure anyone would even be willing to come out on such short notice, but the owner made sure a technician, Chris, was sent to my home right away.
Chris was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely professional, clearly explained what the issue was, and walked me through a few different repair options so I could choose what made the most sense. I found the whole process of getting a new water heater installed very painless. The plumbers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They determined the water heater needed to be replaced (was leaking after 12 years). We discussed what I wanted done and they gave me several options with different price tags. The work was done same day and the work was neat with everything cleaned up after the installation. They walked me through the installation. I was very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.
