Aimee is absolutely AMAZING. She came to diagnose and repair my new Whirlpool stove, she is great with communication, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot thank her enough, her tips on how to use my appliance correctly were beyond helpful and she even figured out that the burner controls were out on incorrectly since it was delivered! The repair of my refrigerator was scheduled quickly and was completed in a prompt, professional manner.
Well, they fell on their face on repair of my range. 1st technician properly diagnosed the problem as a bad temperature control card and scheduled to come back when the part was received. Well, a second technician came for the next service call, but he did not put in the diagnosed bad circuit card. Instead he replaced the oven ignition card.
