So pleased! We were thankful for ATA's fast communication and action. Our basement flood was overwhelming, but as soon as we reached out to ATA, we felt confident in all John's recommendations. Fast, professional, knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
When I called ATA Fire and Flood Restoration due to a water tank leak, they responded immediately and came to my home that day.
I thought they were going to tell me what the plan for the cleanup was but they started the cleanup immediately!
They moved all sorts of furniture, boxes, ripped up the wall to wall carpet and powered up fans and other equipment to take the smell away. They also treated the area for mold. They were very neat with dealing with the cleanup.
I had no idea what was needed and they took care of EVERYTHING!
They are also dealing directly with my insurance company for all the needed repairs.

ATA were a huge help when we had a leak in our kitchen. They were communicative, supportive, friendly, and knowledgable. John and his team were quick to come out and dry out our whole place, as well as ensure there was no mold or water remaining when they finished. Additionally they were extremely detailed in their documentation which helped us significantly when dealing with insurance. Would recommend to everybody.
