Needed an EV charger put in . Tim was initially responsive and came out the next day for a visit and promised a quote right away . However over a week later I can't seem to get a response by phone call or text. Given this level of communication gap , it makes me wary of hiring what otherwise seems like a good electrician . I'm going to pass on his company for this job simply because I can't get a quote .

We bought an antique home in MA that had old knob and tube wiring, we had AC installed, plus an new kitchen install. Tim did an AWESOME job doing all three installations and was very patient and kind despite my rookie general contracting mis-management. He's very honest and trustworthy - we had given him access to a key that we trusted him to use and gain access to the house while we were either away our out. We plan on having him do future work at the house as well because when you find a good contractor, you keep their number. ;)
