Exceptional Service from Brad!

I had a great experience at VIP Tires in Framingham thanks to Brad. After damaging my front right tire on a curb, I drove over to get it replaced. There was an initial hiccup because the tires installed two years ago at a different location weren't showing up on file for warranty coverage. Brad went above and beyond to dig into it, get everything sorted out, and even hooked me up with a fantastic discount. His help and dedication completely exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend Brad and the Framingham team enough - thank you!

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to, today. I called VIP to get another opinion on some work the dealership said I needed to have done. Without hesitation, Brad listened to my going-on and on about everything and he honestly answered my questions. I already knew I was coming to VIP for my oil change and tires, since I’ve had great service before, but maybe Brad could also help me decipher the gobbledygook from the dealership?? Later in the day, I arrived at VIP where he was waiting to help me. He had my tires in stock, and they were ready to change the oil (for cheaper than the dealership I may add). Marc and Jake were very helpful and honest when I came in to replace a damaged tire. I appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to sell me anything or tell me everything that was wrong with my car! It was done quickly and at a fair price. I am going to be going there in the future!!
