I took in my Audi today with no appointment and they were able to get my tire fixed within the hour. I had a tire that kept getting flat and they were able to locate the nail and patch the tire. I'd been planning to get an alignment done (it had been 2 years) to preserve my winter tires I had just switched on. Travel plans changed, and all of a sudden I needed it done within a few hours. Called VIP, they slotted me right in that morning, and had it done quickly for a reasonable price. Definitely coming back next time I need something done!
I also saw the front desk guy helping the couple in front of me in line save as much money as possible on replacing their flat tire. He went above and beyond, and was both friendly and professional (with them and with me).
