I love the staff and am very loyal to my hairdresser, however, the 10am daily call in for appointments is, IMO a terrible business model. I have heard that other locations have night before scheduling, which is also not ideal, but much more convenient. I probably get less haircuts annually than I would if scheduling were easier. The girls who work at the location I visit, are amazing and are usually doing the work of many!

Nicole and Nancy are incredible. My haircut always comes out perfect. They’re amazing at fades and scissor-cutting the top. The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean. The price is very reasonable as well. I’ve been coming here for years and 10 outta 10 I’ll definitely be back!! :) ( PS. I don’t trust anyone else to do my hair and neither should you!)

Mari is the best I had a very bad highlight experience at a different salon. I explained to them that I have very fine hair around my hairline and some stylists find it very difficult to get all the wispy hair into foils to color. They insisted that it wasn’t a problem and went ahead to do foil highlights as you can guess it, turned out a disaster, dark patches all around my hairline, so when I pulled my hair back into a ponytail gaps everywhere. So came to Supercuts in Framingham and Mari fixed it with no effort she’s absolutely amazing five stars from Mari ?
