I had made the mistake of not finishing the booking online and when I came in for the time I thought I booked the front desk girl Audrey helped inform me of my mistake and immediately helped me get the next available slot for my son. At this same visit a woman had an issue, talked to Audrey at the front desk, and then called back minutes later saying what I can only assume as some pretty awful things. Audrey handled herself very professionally in both situations and was nothing but respectful and professional to me, my family, and every customer I had witnessed come I. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

We did haircut for our twins here 2 times. The haircut service you get is highly dependent on hair stylist. First time our experience was really good. First time our stylist was Isabel. She handled our 6 months twins with amazing care and best experience.
Second time stylist was Rachel. When she started she did not ask how much we want to cut, did not clean seat before starting second twin, cut hair was all over face and in mouth ,eyes still did not bother to clean in between which resulted in not a good experience for babies.

I will advice to speak for yourself specially around cleanliness, and caring part and giving right instructions.

Every time we've been here, the stylist has been great, the experience has been fun, and my daughter looks forward to coming. Pricing is also reasonable, and the tipping mechanism is modernized and easy.
