I used the Prowash on Sunday, 8/15 and would like to express my experience by saying that if wasn't for the very nice blond woman that works there, I would never come back. She was very friendly and assisted me from beginning to end. Most of their machines are not working and they don't hang signs about it. First of all, they should fix their machines period. But like I said, I only gave 4 stars because of this very nice lady. Don't know her name but she only works on Sundays. Prowash should value their employees and fix their machines. The employees are the first line and they are the ones hearing all the complaints. That's just not fair to them.
When I first moved to the area, finding a wash,dry,fold smack in the middle of a pandemic was impossible. I read some reviews, and was hesitant at first, but without choice I came to prowash. I drop off, they are very quick to have it ready, and my clothes are always perfect. The prices are fair, the customer service is amazing, and I’m very pleased. As a Tow operator, I don’t have the time to deal with waiting with my laundry. These guy hit a home run with me. It’s been almost a year, an they have not let me down once. Don’t let all the reviews fool you. Check it out for your self
