These guys deserve 5 stars. I have known them for years. I even worked for them for a few years in between 2011-2015? They are great and easy to work with. I couldn’t tell you how many times during client visits or in shop visits, everyone would say they are happy with the service or the honest truth. I can’t even count how many times people would say they were sent here from someone at a major store (BB) or from someone else who couldn’t do the required work. At PCHS, they will take their time to explain the problem and why it happened; ensure your issue is fixed, offer a software support contract, to fix MANY software issues, data migrations, OS re-installs, upgrades and MORE (covered under contract) on products they don’t even own or invented. Printer issues? Yeah, good luck calling the manufacture, you won’t get the help you need and deserve, call these guys when your laptop/desktop, printers and other devices are causing headaches. I’m glad I had a chance to work for them years back and I was able to see first hand from their customers, what a wonderful service they provide.
