Ernie returned my call quickly and was able to fit me into his schedule the following day despite having a full day already. Once on site he diagnosed that the 2nd floor toilet had a slow leak and was causing damage to the ceiling on the first floor. He removed the toilet, replaced the flange and resolved the issue. It’s been a week since the job was done and no sign of any issues reoccurring. He was on time, professional and his pricing was very fair. I will be calling Ernie the next time I need a plumber.
