Maurice added a new addition to our 71-year-old cape-style home that turned out amazing! This gave us one-floor living, including a master bedroom, master bath, walk-in closet, 1/2 bath, and an office, allowing us to age in place without having to sell our home. We also added a wine cellar, media room, and kitchen in the basement for entertaining. Maurice is part magician, solving every single request we presented to him. We would do it all over again with Maurice, and no, he is not a relative, but we do consider him a good friend now!
