Took what we were told was a 3-week job and turned it into 2 years of fighting them to try to get it finished only to have to threaten them with the BBB to get our money back and cut ties. We were left with no lights and no heat in the space and custom cabinet boxes with no doors.

Now 2 years later (3 from contracting the job), our mudroom is still unfinished and the new teams we've hired to finish pieces of the work consistently have to undo Mayer's work to be able to move forward. We have an electrician here today to add the lighting and they need to remove part of the ceiling to figure out whatever was done before!
