We have had our hot spring flash for almost 5 years. Today for the first time I needed service, so I walked into the Danvers location. My experience exceeded expectations, Mike took care of me right away getting me in touch with Charlene in the Service department, and within five minutes of leaving the store I received a phone call from Charlene scheduling a warranty repair within 48 hours - I was blown away. I’m so glad that I made my original purchase from mainly Tubs. You don’t find service like this in many places anymore.
Yesterday Adam stopped by to install my Sound System for my hot tub. He arrived when expected, very knowledgeable, informative and kind. From our experience so far, Mainely Tubs in Scarborough’s service and support has been A+ from our salesman Jordan, to our white glove service from Danny and installation from Adam. So glad I made this purchase from them as they really do care about their relationships with their customers.
