We purchased a sauna through Nick and definitely recommend it! We were overwhelmed looking at our options and the prospect of assembly. He made it very easy for us to find an electrician, it was delivered and assembled for us. The whole process took less than a month. We use it all of the time- love it! Nick was a pleasure to work with.
Mainely Tubs was excellent to work with from the sales staff to the delivery team. The sales staff let us try out a cold plunge tub before purchasing it and the delivery folk’s expertly delivered and got both our sauna and cold plunge tub started. We highly recommend Mainely Tubs!
We had a great experience with Mainely Tubs from the beginning. They have a nice showroom with a wide range of options. When we walked in, Nick explained to us the various options and helped us figure out what would be the best fit for us without any pressure. The tub we picked (HotSping - Pace) has a great look with a really nice design - a mix of lounge and upright seats for people of different sizes. Communication with Nick and the delivery team was great, and we got the tub in just before the January snowstorm.
