Outstanding experience start to finish. The sales person Nick was incredible and guided me through the models to help us narrow it down to the perfect fit for us. Nick recommended an electrician (Alex) who was incredible to work with and showed up exactly when he said he would. The tub delivery and install team was first class, everything went perfect. Nick followed up with me more than once to make sure all is going great. We love our hot tub! After talking about getting one of years, we finally got one and all we say now is why did we wait? Yup big fan of the tub, and big fan of Mainely Tub out of Natick (and Nick our Sales rep)!
What a great experience, nothing but honest straightforward information with no sales pressure, a lot of companies could learn a lot from these guys. Carolina helped us through the process from start to finish, there wasn’t a single thing I can think of that she could have done better.
So we had got a Caldera Reunion hot tub a few months back, but there was a minor surface defect with it. Happily, Mainely Tubs Framingham sales (Carolina) and service department (special call-out to the L1 service crew) were able to resolve this issue for me by replacing the entire hot tub. Furthermore, since the new tub arrived in freezing weather, they brought a pump and a inflatable bladder to transfer the hot water (which was only about 2 months old) from the previous tub to the new tub. The L1 service crew were awesome and did a great job! Thank you so much!!
