It has been a pleasure working with Attorney Chuck Pappas. I’ve worked with him several times, he is the only Attorney I trust enough to keep going back to. Attorney Chuck was there since day one supporting and making sure everything was handled properly. It was difficult for me to manage all the paperwork and different people reaching out with the symptoms/ injury I was dealing with but Chuck made sure to take care of it from the first day all the way to the very last day of the case. My case was a little more complicated but I’m glad it was his legal advice that I received through the process that allowed me to make a well informed decision. Attorney Chuck Pappas is one of the best in Boston. He was very professional and caring about my Situation. He responded to each and every inquiry request. He followed up to make sure that everything was going smooth. He gave great legal advice in regards to other things that I had going on and needed information on. And the biggest plus he settled my claim within two months, and I am very happy with the results. Chuck took care of my problems from day one. I called him right after I’d been told the news that there was a chance I’d become paralyzed and they were sending me to the trauma center overnight for observation. He called me the next day without me having even signed a contract to check in on me and kept in touch with me as I recovered at home. Chuck overcame many complex issues in my case with competence - the crash report was inaccurate, the person who hit me was driving a government vehicle, and it was taking almost half a year for the State Police to send the records of the crash. If I didn’t have Chuck to help from day one, I would’ve been lost.
