I went in looking for new flooring due to remodeling my home. I was super overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start, but the staff here put me at ease! I can’t remember the last time I’ve witnessed such professionalism! Highly recommend!

Everyone at the Framingham location is wonderful. My condo flooded and I was STRESSED! Jennifer, Drew and Katy were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and patient with me for the entire process from picking out my flooring to helping with financing. They never pressured me when I was unsure of my contractor’s timeline, and they were incredibly patient with repeating information for me when my addled brain could not hold onto it. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I’m so grateful!
