My order was cancelled through Uber about an hour after I placed it, with no explanation provided. This not only caused an inconvenience but also resulted in the loss of my promotion.
While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, it’s unacceptable to leave customers in the dark. If a store cannot fulfill orders, it should either communicate the reason clearly or temporarily close on the platform to avoid misleading customers.

Used a third party service to get flowers delivered to someone apparently local to this flower shop(didn’t know it was this flower shop until they called screaming, that part is at the end of this review). Was informed by the third party that the shop couldn’t deliver the flowers that day, but could deliver them the next day. Unfortunately, the recipient was not going to be at that address (it was a business address and their last day at work at that location, which is why i sent the flowers), so they asked if there was another address the flowers could be delivered to. I am not sure how long this business has been around so maybe they are new and just starting out. I received flowers for Mother's Day. The vase was from the dollar store which is fine but I think it is better if they remove the sticker on the bottom first. But most importantly the flowers must have been put in water a few days before because by the time they were delivered on Saturday the water was cloudy, the stems were moudly and the flowers starting to wilt. The flowers themselves were standard; mini roses and carnations. The good news is that this is easily solved by using freshly cut flowers so hopefully it is just because they were very busy and learning.
