I spoke up twice about my hair not looking right before breaking down into tears. They had people trying to convince me it was what I wanted. ALL my friends and Family have asked why I went so dark with my hair The only reason I gave a small tip was the staff did see I had trouble walking after sitting for long stretches, and helped me limp around to different spots, and that is why I gave them one star,. I HATE my hair and now have to spend even more money to try to fix it somewhere else I DO NOT recommend their hair service.

This was my first time here and I was recommended by my cousin. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure if they would be able to manage my coily hair but Deise was AMAZING. She was very fast and thorough and so knowledgeable about the products and gave me some tips for at home care. The price she charged was very fair and my results were worth every penny. All of the employees were very nice and welcoming especially the lady at the front desk handling check ins and payments. I will definitely be back and referring everyone I know.Services: Blowouts

Went there for a regular blow out and left with a bald spot in the back of my head. These people either put chemicals in my hair when shampooing without my consent or she burned my hair out in the back. I sent pictures and they tried to gas light me by saying everyone’s hair looked like that. Like no! I know my head and I know I had hair there before I stepped foot in that salon. My hair started to grow back literally the week after so you know there was hair there before.
