Kassandra was super sweet, very professional, discussed what I wanted before giving me my shampoo.
Requested style: My hair was way overdue for a cut so I asked for 3 inches off, angled with layers. I was in and out within 30 minutes yet I never felt rushed & she wad easy to connect and conversate with. Came home and blow dried my hair and it was perfect, exactly what I wanted.

Requested style: My 12 yr old son has longer layered hair and wanted it cleaned up.
Stylist: She kept the layers, cleaned him up beautifully! She talked to my son like an adult customer, asking if there was anything else he wanted done or if he wanted product in his hair. He got to choose. THAT was great for his self esteem. Thanks!
