Great company, i had a draft issue with my chimney, i had 2 other companies look at fixing and repairing it and they could not figure it out, Jason and Brad showed up from DM Storrs and spend a ton of time figuring it out, eventually scheduling a day to repair it.
Really pleased how they worked, clean, priced right, treated us real fair, gave multiple options for fixing it.
Overall great experience, they also pointed out a potential water heater issue we didnt know we had so we called a plumber to fix it up. Way to shine boys!
We own an antique home with six fireplaces, only one currently in use. We called for a chimney sweep and an issue with our damper not closing properly on that fireplace. Dan arrived on time and was courteous, very clean, and super helpful. He looked at all of the fireplaces, inspected from inside the home and from the roof, and helped us to understand what options and the cost to line the other five fireplaces in our home if we wanted to use them. He also inspected the heating system vent into the chimney.
