“My wife and I had been dealing with the design team at Mitchell Construction Group on an extensive home modification project. I happened to mention we had an immediate need for some relatively minor exterior repairs and was told they had a "small jobs" group. One of the members of that group called the next day and we made an appointment to have MCG personnel come to the house to assess the project. As the repairs needed were hidden within the structure, we decided to proceed with a time and materials contract. Bottom line is that our project was completed on time and at about 60% of the "ballpark" cost! I can't say enough good things about the two carpenters who completed the job.
