“Just before Christmas water was leaking in the stove vent and under the floorboards. Mike came out and did a thorough inspection and found a mold. He took the time to explain the mold remediation process and helped to alleviate our concerns. His team was very knowledgeable and efficient, taping off a containment area and using an air scrubber to make sure there were no mold spores spread to the rest of the house.
On another project in the primary bath our contractor found a wall stud with possible mold. Mike was able to come out the next day and assured us that there was no water issue but that the wood was probably brought in that way when the house was built. He quickly remediated the stud and kept our project on schedule.

“We hired Spring Home Improvement to be the General Contractor to renovate our kitchen, dining and laundry room - which then also turned into getting our whole house painted and floors redone :) The design was done by Design Intention in Framingham (Jasmin Lee). Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. We worked closely together and he helped explain the steps in the project right from permitting to the sequence of plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc, etc. If there was any issue or miscommunication, we were able to talk to him and figure things out. Check out the pre-construction video. We would be happy to use them again for other projects in our home and highly recommend them.“

“Recently hired Citywide Paving for my front steps and walkway. When Michael described what his team was going to do, I was expecting a simple stair replacement (especially for the quote). It wasn't simple - the final result was beyond elegant. Granite slabs with natural stone facing, coupled with a pavers walkway. The work was detailed and done thoughtfully (they built a slight angle into the stairs and walkway to ensure snow melt and water would spill away from the house and into the street). Looking forward to hiring them for my next project.“
