Annabelle's Flowers is amazing. I messed up by placing the order to the wrong address. Thankfully, my order was placed to be delivered for a later date; however, by the time I realized my mistake (3 days later), I called Annabelle's and the sweetest owner answered and knew exactly which order was mine because she already uncovered the error and was planning on taking the flowers to the correct address. She was able to correct the address on my order and even made floral suggestions to improve the arrangement. I live states away and am so thankful for Annabelle's excellent customer service and agility to course correct swiftly. Highly recommend.

I cannot even begin to express how amazing my experience was with Annabelle's! I ordered a same day delivery to a wonderful friend who was going through an extremely stressful time with family. Not only did Annabelle call me and upgrade the order with 2 dozens unbelievable long stem roses, but she added chocolates and made me feel like family the entire time. I will never go anywhere else for my florals south of the city. The customer service was second to none!
