Fred is top notch when it comes to teaching yoga and making all levels feel welcome. Weaving wit with wisdom, I've enjoyed his unique classes very much and would recommend them highly to anyone who is interested in joining a fun, take it easy kinda yoga class. He is also a living testament to the power of taking your own health in your hands and providing the body with the most beneficial movements to facilitate the healing process.
