Clearly over booked. Our appointment was for 2-4 but didn’t get a call that our tech was on his way until 7:30. Plus the prices of booking an appointment was miserable through their call service. The only thing keeping it from 1 star was the tech who was very courteous and tried to talk me through the problem, even after I told him I was canceling the appointment.
